Small round grade A rhinestone encrusted buckle fitting 10mm satin or velvet ribbon. This buckle really sparkles and can be used with ribbon to dress centrepieces, tied around napkins, decorating favour boxes, and so many other uses. This buckle matches those used on the Lustre, Velveteen and Regency invitation designs.
