Oval grade A rhinestone encrusted buckle fitting 20 or 25mm satin or velvet ribbon. This buckle really sparkles and can be used with ribbon to dress centrepieces, tied around napkins, decorating favour boxes, and so many other uses. This buckle matches that used on the Cameo invitation design.
