Regarding international orders, please note in addition to our normal terms and conditions that international orders may be subject to customs which could cause additional charges and delays which are out of our control and for which we cannot be liable. We will of course ensure that the appropriate customs form is completed and attached to all international orders - this should increase the likelihood of it getting through customs promptly
